There's not really a flavor I don't like. I tend to have two different flavors during a long run so I have caffeinated and non-caffeinated. I tend to prefer Clif Shots (gels) for the half marathon and marathon, but when I slowed down to train for and run an ultra it was really nice to incorporate the different textures and flavors of the Bloks. They're also not as sticky or messy as the gels. Finally, I find that the specific sugars they use in Clif products don't upset my stomach.
