Favorite flavors are Boston Cream, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Chocolate Cherry (caffeinated). I tend to have two different flavors during a long run so I have caffeinated and non-caffeinated. I tend to prefer Clif Shots for the half marathon and marathon. When I slowed down to train for and run an ultra it was really nice to have both the Shots and the Bloks for different textures and flavors. I love the Litter Leash so I don't have to worry about dropping the tab when I open it. Finally, I find that the specific sugars they use in Clif products don't upset my stomach.
