FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE: If your purchase doesn't perform as expected you may return it within 30 days with receipt for an exchange or refund*. Items with a Gift Receipt will receive a refund in the form of Store Credit. (Our return policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear & tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.) To accommodate Nov-Dec Holiday shopping we offer an extended return window.
Please retain the original receipt & packaging until you're completely satisfied with the fit & function of your purchase. Doing so will make processing your return/ exchange much easier.

FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE: All of the above applies. Additionally, returns and exchanges must be initiated through the My Account portal. (See the upper right corner of your order confirmation email). Once you've initiated your return please give us up to 1 business day to review your request and provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds of amount paid minus our original costs to ship it to you will be issued to the original form of payment.
If you have not utilized our In-Store Fit Process or our At-Home Virtual Fittings we require that your Return Items be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
We will use our discretion to get your items out the door and in your hands as quickly as possible. Sometimes that means we're delivering it same day, sometimes we need to ship it to you.
For in-stock product going within 20 miles of our store we will typically deliver within 48 business hours. For items being shipped we use First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
