The SC Elite's race day performance is driven by a combination of a carbon plate and an energy returning Infinion midsole. With the updated V6 design, New Balance has introduced a fine-tuned plate design, that's thicker and stiffer towards the front of the foot and utilized a lightweight foam composition for an exceptionally propulsive feeling.
The new SC Elite has a translucent upper wade with FANTOMFIT. This combo of lightweight material and bonded structure provides a glove-like fit for support that doesn't feel like it's weighing you down.
