THIS 10-WEEK PROGRAM IS GEARED TOWARD BEGINNERS. IT IS DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ACTIVE BUT DOES NOT RUN OR DO A LOT OF OTHER CARDIO. THIS PERSON IS LOOKING TO DO THEIR FIRST OR SECOND 5K AND HAS A GOAL TIME IN MIND.
This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest.
